Now what is all this 118 nonsense about? In the good old days you would dial 192 and get the number. Now you have an array of crap numbers to dial, none of which will give you the right number or else put you through without asking. Why on earth do we need competition in the directory enquiries market? Why should I ring someone in Hyderabad who has no idea about the UK?

And I've heard it's no longer free from a public telephone box. Where's the progress there??? Disgusting.
